recipe and picture from Susan at Rawmazing

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups hazelnut mylk
  • 1 tbsp raw honey (can add more if you like it sweeter)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

To make the hazelnut mylk, blend 3 cups of water with with 1 cup of pre-soaked (for 3 hours) hazelnuts, and strain with a nutmilk bag. Mix all ingredients together, warm in dehydrator or over double boiler. You can use a kitchen thermometer to make sure you keep the temp under 40 degrees to stay raw.

I can imagine having a sip of this warm drink while watching TV on a cold winter evening. This is very ideal for this season.
