Fruit Salad with Chia Seeds

A nutritious treat from Rawmazing that makes a great desert, although ideally you should always eat fruit on an empty stomach by itself for optimal food combining.

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 orange, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened crasins
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut (unsweetened)
  • 3 tbsp Agave
  • juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions:

Combine all salad ingredients. Whisk the lemon juice into the the agave, stir in the chia seeds and pour over salad. Mix to combine.
